Live Enrollment and activation issues
Press 1 for real time enrollment issues. This includes any enrollment that is still pending review by the Safelink team longer than 10 minutes. This number includes enrollments that appear to be stuck in pending even though all documents are approved, or if there are issues with the documents that are being uploaded, etc.
Press 2 for real time activation issues. This covers any issues with phone hardware or software. Be prepared to provide the enrollment number and ESN number.
